Presale condos offer a great opportunity to those wishing to get involved with Real Estate Investment. Douglas and Marjan have sold literally 100's of presale units for their clients. Presale codos are condominium units that are sold before the ground is even broken to start construction. The developer agrees to sell the condos in advance.
For the developer, this is very important because the sales are finalized and there is little chance of being stuck with units to sell after the project is fully complete.
For the buyer, the benefit is that you are able to purchase a unit, give a deposit - and simply wait for the construction to begin. Once the unit is available for occupancy (usually 2-3 years - though it ranges depending on where the construction was at when the developer decided to sell the units) - The buyer is able to move in, rent the unit out, or sell it (and if the market is strong, hopefully make a nice profit!)
